...when your Union rep starts to cry for the guy who's making an entire department miserable, you included. Life is so unfair. That is all.

*Begin rant* This is yet another example of how unions have become participants in the exact thing they were set out to protect workers against - injustice and unfair treatment of workers. Protecting the workers who deserve to lose their jobs, while doing nothing to protect other workers against them. *End rant*
P.S. we'd be better off settling labour disputes by hand-to-hand single combat to the death. That's all, I promise.
